I got this LED face mask to try out at-home light therapy, and it’s been an interesting addition to my skincare routine so far. It’s easy to use and feels lightweight when worn, which makes the whole experience pretty relaxing. I like that it offers different light settings depending on what your skin needs. While it’s not an instant fix, it feels like a nice extra step for self-care and maintaining healthy-looking skin.
