I was having the hardest time finding a good daily vitamin specifically formulated for a teen boy where there were tons for teen girls, so I was thrilled when I came across this version of SmartPants being a high quality brand I was familiar with as having a good reputation. My son is also a picky person regarding taste and texture, so I had mu fingers crossed when we first tried these and I was so pleased to hear him say he liked the flavor and he always appreciates a gummy option over a tablet or liquid - so win, win! We now purchase these regularly and he takes them every day. He finds it easy to chew and swallow and hasn't complained about the texture, so seems to enjoy them and actually looks forward to taking them each day. I feel like this company puts good quality products out and I can trust the vitamin and nutrient content. It can be a little pricey at times, but when I look at the cost per day, it's worth it to help give him just a little extra boost.

The only vitamin my son will take lol. They taste good. My only complaint is that you have to take 2 vitamins so you go through the bottle pretty quickly.

Got these for my teenage son who is a picky eater and I feel struggles with lack of certain vitamins. He likes the taste of them and I haven't had to remind him to take them so that's a good start. It's only been a week that he's been taking them and he said he doesn't feel any difference in his energy levels. If anything this gives me peace of mind knowing he's getting a majority of his needed daily vitamin intake.

Bought these for my 14 yr old son. Taste was ok, he took them every day with no problem. I could tell a difference in his energy, skin clarity, mental clarity, and overall attitude. Cons: We had these on replenishment and I noticed that there would always be an odd number left (the last dose would be one less than recommended). So I’m not sure if we got more or less than the qty on the bottle. Every bottle was like this. After using these for over a year, we have to stop due to him getting braces. These are gummy vitamins, while not as sticky as candy gummies, I didn’t want to take chances. I wish this brand offered these in tablets.
