As you can see in the title this isn’t a full month supply, which is why I docked it a star…because…why? But other than that it’s a pretty solid product. Not necessarily good value for money though.

This supplement has a great mix of ingredients to balance hormone. I bought it for the wife and she said it’s easy to take, and she appreciate the added Berberine, Cinnamon, Ashwagandha and etc for extra benefits. Looking forward to seeing how it helps her over time the 10 days and if it does we'll probably order more.

This supplement contains many ingredients, which have a long history of benefiting blood sugar control, anti-inflammatory properties, stress management, metabolic and hormonal regulation. But, every body responds difficulty. I am not a doctor, so I cannot make medical claims. You will need to do your own research online, if you are not already familiar with the ingredients benefits. Although it seems like a well thought through combination ingredients, it is not a great value. The recommended daily dosage is three capsules per day. This means one bottle only lasts ten days, which is not a great value. And, typically it takes more than ten days to notice the benefits of supplements. I experienced no negative side effects, no GI distress, weird smells or tastes. If you can afford it, it sounds like long-term use would be beneficial.
