Morning coffee
I bought them for helping in the gym, not that they helped. But what i did find is that by putting x1 in my morning coffee, it gave me a pick-me-up....I love the taste.

It works for me.
It took about three weeks for it to really start working, now I regularly take them, I'm losing weight slowly and feel more active.

Didn't Seem to Make a Difference
I would strongly encourage you to consider another brand than this if you are looking for a fat burner type supplement. Used entire box as directed paired with diet and exercise regime but honestly didn't feel as though I was getting any extra boost from them and they didn't seem to have any positive effect on my appetite. I have used other significantly cheaper products than this and definitely noticed a difference. Overall very disappointed as I have used their HMB capsules previously and thought they worked very well.
