I was skeptical when buying this toaster but after using it for a while I am sold on it. It functions better than any toaster I have had. It toasts evenly and accurately per darkness setting you choose. For all of the cool and very legible display icons it is very easy to figure out how to use it. I was worried about the display being very dim due to a previous toaster I purchased and could hardly read the display. I was pleasantly surprised how bright and easy to read the display on this toaster is. This toaster is definitely a keeper for me. This toaster should be on display.

After researching a toaster for months, I finally decided to give this one a try, I’m very happy I did,it’s really nice looking, fast toaster, pick the right bread,how toasted you want it and done. And it’s easy crumb dump, that’s the only not as good, it’s in the back, keeps front looking nice.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was four slice for my big family. It goes with my kitchen decor. It works amazing, I love the count down timer. Toast comes out perfect!!!

The toaster is really intuitive to use. The one we replaced was a major US brand that we bought from Costco, but it pushed the bread closer to one element than the other when depressed, so we'd always have to cancel it and flip the bread around to finish the process. It had an electronic display on the side, with four bars that would disappear as it counted down. And when it popped up, the process shook the house, and it also had what sounded like a smoke alarm to alert you that it was done. It was a heart-jolting way to start the day.This one has a simple touch screen to pick your variables: level of "doneness", the type of bread, single slice or double slices, frozen or thawed, muffin, bagel or waffle setting - which you choose before pushing down the lever to start the toasting cycle. I find it surprisingly accurate. It also has an actual countdown (based on the variables chosen), so that you can see when it's going to pop up (because you can barely hear it when it does!). There is also an icon to extend the cooking time by 15 seconds with each touch.My wife eats gluten-free bread, which needs a longer toasting time. We dedicate the right two slots to her GR breads. She simply presses the GF icon. However, it only does GF White and not any other set of variables (GF frozen waffle, GF bagel, GF whole grain, etc) .The only negatives are that you have to hit the "cancel" button to activate the LED screen (instead of just touching anywhere), it's kind of lightweight (with a fairly small footprint), so it doesn't take much of a bump to move it across the counter, and it's made in China. Deducted a point for these reasons. Otherwise, it's a solid 5 star.But the process is genius. Why can't Americans make a toaster this clever and intuitive?

This is a great toaster. The pictures of the darkness of the color you want your toast are true. They are exactly the shade I/ you want. I love this toaster.

Great toaster. My kids are loving that they can set the level for bagels. They have been making them all weekend. Highly recommend

A good toaster but the left side is much faster than the right side with both on the same setting.
