Best product on the market to neutralize/remove all traces of pet/animal urine odor
There's no better product that I've ever come across that truly neutralizes/treats and completely removes animal urine odor. I've used it on renovation projects where there has been damage from pets as well as rodents urine and when used as directed, completely eradicates any/all odor with no residual left behind. Expensive but worth every dollar !!

Only One I'll Use
This is the only product I will use to remove pet stains and odors. It's pricy, but it lasts, and a little goes a long way. I HIGHLY recommend it.

HOLY GRAIL CAT URINE ERASER
If this product did not work perfectly for you, please know it was due to user error. (Sorry to sound self righteous but I truly believe people either under or over dilute or do not apply enough product for the correct time) It is not meant to be used like a cleaning spray. It is a saturate and wait type product that has to be mixed properly. If diluted properly and applied correctly it will remove even the most vile of cat urine odor. I use a 1 gallon pump sprayer as the product stays good even after mixed -so why not have this on hand… If a cat pees on a soft surface I use a large colorist /condiment style bottle to saturate almost as though it were a syringe. Apply broadly if on carpet or upholstery … imagine how urine would spread into carpet and below… then apply with that in mind and beyond- do not just spray it on carpet or fabric. IT NEEDS TO SATURATE POROUS SURFACES. I use the gallon pump sprayer for (non porous) litter box cleaning, accidents on hard surfaces, if a kitten sprayed onto some baseboard or like a table leg. KEEP AREA WET for AT LEAST 30 mins, even if that means you have to place like a plastic trash bag over the area to keep Scoe from evaporating or drying before that time. Reapply again if severe. Never use straight, always dilute properly. TRUST ME THIS WORKS. This has made my life so much better and easier. Anything that is negative about being a cat person is ERASED due to this miracle liquid. I LOVE SCOE. I do not have tons of cat pee in my home, but even a tiny drop can cause distress for me… this is the HOLY GRAIL of enzyme cleaning products.

Works Better Than Anything Else I Tried
I have tried just about everything sold on here for urine clean-ups from my beloved aging dogs. One is a tri-paw cancer survivor and the other is just old. This is the one that actually works for me even though sometimes a 2nd treatment may be needed. But I am writing this review after reading some of the others to say this. It is important to do the dilution correctly or you are just wasting product. The instructions says even if you do more than the 9:1 or 8:1 dilution it will not work any better. For my 24 oz bottle, I use just over 2.5 oz of product, fill the rest of the bottle with lukewarm water and let it sit for 20 minutes before I use. (I usually get a little over 5 bottles out of this 13 oz concentrate) They also say don't spray it on the stain to pour it on the stain and make sure it gets beyond the edges of the pee. I let it sit on the stain for a couple of hours (sometimes longer if I forget) before I soak it up with a towel or for bigger stains I use a cheap wet vac (another lifesaver for me). This process has saved my sanity since I can not tolerate the smell of pee and would be mortified if someone visited me and smelled pee in my house. This works for the stain and the smell therefore for me it is worth the $41.

When used as directed before a pro cleaning, it worked for Odor control when nothing else had
My family and I have small dogs that pee on the carpet... a lot. As such, we get our carpets regularly steam cleaned (every 3 months or so). I had previously used Nature's Miracle to pre-treat the carpet before the steam cleaning. I used a Blacklight LED Flashlight to find the spots which I highly recommend. The last two times after the carpet cleaner left, the smell of dog pee was still very evident, sometimes even worse than before. The Pro noticed the smell too while cleaning so he used commercial urine and odor removal products. None of it seemed to help. When my wife and I got home that night, the smell of dog urine was very prevalent, like the steam cleaning had brought it back out. When the carpet cleaner came this time, he suggested that we might consider replacing the carpet, based on his memory of the last time he cleaned it. We have pretty high-end carpet so replacing it is not an option for us at this point. I told him that I used this new stuff (the SCOE 10x) and was hopeful that it would help. It came highly recommended from our neighbor, who used it to treat animal urine and feces stains in the subfloor of a house he was flipping. He swore that it worked and nothing else (except replacing subfloor had). Still neither the Pro or I were very optimistic, but he did note that the odor of dog urine didn't hit him when he walked in the front door as it had last time.He proceeded to clean the carpet and when he was finished, he said that the SCOE must have really worked. He said he couldn't smell anything, even when the steam/water wand was right on one of the urine spots. He said that the SCOE did create a lot of foam so he saturated the spots with water a couple of times and vacuumed it up to ensure that there wasn't any residue left behind.I followed the directions on the SCOE website exactly. You are essentially creating a solution of "good" bacteria so the water temperature, dilution ratio(8:1-10:1), dwell time, and the required lack of any soap residue in the bottle(s) you are using is critical. Otherwise the bacteria in the SCOE will die, and won't digest the stain when applied. With the aid of the blacklight, I used a garden sprayer and soaked the spots about an hour before the professional carpet cleaner showed up. The instructions tell you to saturate/soak spots on the carpet as opposed to misting them and scrubbing. The professional carpet cleaning equipment is very good at getting water up, so the spots that I soaked took an additional 2-3 hours to dry compared to the rest of the carpet. I was able to spot treat about 1300 square feet of carpet with just shy of a gallon of solution.I don't often write reviews, but I'm impressed enough with results of this product that I wanted to share.
