Elizabeth Arden High Performance Blurring Loose Powder, Translucent

This is what I was hoping for, when I bought it, after 30 years. It is the best, loose powder I've used in years. I was buying cheap stuff, but really, there is no comparison, to this one. I can see, on my face, where I'm shining and this gives a lovely, perfect, matt finish, which I love. It is worth every penny and as always the packaging is gorgeous and very lush. It is a very nice addition to my makeup bag and does the job, I ask of it. Perfect and a nice treat for payday!!

Absolutely love it matched perfectly the price has more than doubled what I payed for it so I guess I'm just lucky to have got it when I did but I would definitely buy again regardless

Really nice product. Very soft and silkfy powder. Doesn't make my skin dry as others. Its not white. Colour is more like very fair but still transculent so does the job. 👍

Is it me? I always find loose powder makes my skin feel dry and tight. I live in hope of finding something that makes me lose the shine without drying me up, but I never achieve and this time again I have failed.This powder comes in a two tier pot with the thin (rather mean actually!) sponge in the top bit that you lift up and the powder beneath in a screw open section. There is a twist cap, not unlike the ones you get on salt to allow you to open and close access to the powder compartment. I tried translucent, but even a modest application was too pale for my skin. It feels soft to the touch, but sadly not a hit for me

I generally prefer to use high-quality mineral powders as foundation, so wanted to give this one a try. First up: This is NOT foundation. It has zero coverage. It is only suitable as a setting powder on top of a liquid foundation. If used as a setting powder, it's adequate, but way way too expensive given the quality of performance. This is on par with the most basic entry level maxfactor style products.Pros: does not sink into wrinkles and fine lines. Doesn't feel heavyCons: the packaging is the worst I've ever used. Truly appalling. It is very difficult to control the amount that comes out, and the screw top is not at all secure so be prepared for it to fall off and accidentally spill out half of the container.Will use this up but most certainly not buying again

This face powder is expensive but it is the best and you need so little. It really is invisible and your face does not look cakey.

Elizabeth Arden Performance powder is just that - a great performer! Absolutely love it!

This powder is built to go the long haul. I manage a construction site in Mexico and this is the only thing I have found that will stand up to the hit and humidity down there. Has a great smooth feeling finish too.
