Gripmaster PRO Medical Hand and Finger Exerciser

Good product that allows you to train each finger individually, which is a major plus.However, it's just does not have enough resistance.Having somewhat of a weaker grip, I was reluctant to buy this 11lb, x-heavy resistance version, but having bought grippers in the past that did nothing for me, I decided to take a risk and go with this x-heavy version.Well... it's still no strong enough and keep in mind that statement comes from a person with a weak grip.So it's a quality product, well build, good design, but they really need a heavier resistance version.The springs could be a little longer in extension too, allowing for a longer range of motion. I have a small hand and still find the range of motion rather short, so I can only imagine what people with long fingers make of this.Still, a very good product.Recommended.

This feels like a quality item and my fingers feel more mobile after using it (I play guitar - which is hindered by arthritis)

Great device, got it as a present for my son who plays hockey and likes fitness he uses all the exercises on the Gripmaster website, my wife tried it to help with RSI and has just purchased her own Gripmaster of less strength as she found it so good.

best finger exerciser atleast for me... i am loving it as I am an IT professional and continuously working on laptop, i used to have a lot of aching in my hands esp. fingers.. but this helps me in strengthening my fingers and in turn my hands..

I bought this to strengthen my fretting-hand (I play bass) and I've gotten some great results. I'll buy a heavier tension when I feel comfortable with this one.

Hoping this exerciser will help me build strength and dexterity. Easy to use. Seems well made. I like that it has exercises included.

This is the second one that I bought, just because I wanted to train both hands simultaneously to save time. If you design a version that also works my thumb I might buy 2 more!

Très bon grip pour travailler en isolation les doigts. Utilisé pour de la rééducation je me suis tourné sur du Xlight et liht. Après ça devient assez dur.Petit bémol, il est assez grand et pour les petites mains ce n'est pas idéal. Il existe une version plus orientée rééducation (que je n'avais pas vue) et qui est un peu moins volumineuse (forme un peu différente).
