Highly Recommended and an Excellent Refurbished Option
It did not come with the original packaging, and the accessories are not the original ones, but the ones included are sturdy and good quality. As for the device itself, the battery health was at 100%, and its overall condition is impeccable. There is a small scratch, but it is only noticeable when looking at it very closely and under additional lighting. Overall, it perfectly matches the description and is in pristine condition.

I ordered the 2024 MacBook Pro, and it’s a miracle this laptop made it in one piece. The device itself is in excellent condition as advertised, and is showing no issues. However, it was wrapped in a layer of thin bubble wrap and put in a box too big for it so that it was sliding around. I am also disappointed at the lack of original charger. The one included is 3rd party and does not match the space black design. Anyway, I’m relieved the machine works as intended, and doesn’t have any defects!

I was skeptical buying a refurbished MacBook Pro but I read reviews and they were mostly very positive and it was a good deal so I gave it a try. I can’t tell it’s not brand new. Absolutely perfect condition in the original box with Apple charging cables and battery was at 100% health. Battery life is great, and recharges quickly with the MagSafe charger, esp if you aren’t playing games or doing very intensive stuff. It is very fast and easy to use. I have the m4 pro cou with 24gb ram for reference. Very good quality and it feels well put together and sturdy. I obviously wouldn’t ever drop it on purpose but it feels like it would be able to handle a fall fairly well. It’s very portable and has plenty of connection options and I like the sleek and simple design. It weighs more than I expected, but I liked this as it makes it feel much more substantial, durable, and well built. The native Apple Intelligence ai features seem really intuitive and helpful so far. I believe there are other ai apps you can get that will broaden Apple Intelligence’s versatility, I think some integrate into Apple Intelligence whereas others are more stand alone apps, but I’m not really sure about that so research that on your own. Overall i highly recommend the product and buying it refurbished saved me enough money to buy some extra accessories for it like a portable hard drive and thunderbolt 5 cables.

Mint “refused”
Mint condition “renewed” M4 Pro. Came in its original box with OEM brick and magsafe 3 cable still in the apple wrapping. No imperfections what so ever and the apple diagnostics came back perfect. Checked the batter health and it was 100% with TWO cycles. If you want a refurbished MacBook pro then choose these guys.

The shift key and space bar get stuck down. Considering returning this. I will see if it frees up

Off branded accessories
Seems okay and perfectly fine. Reduced star rating due to third party accessories (charger) shipped with this unit, it did not include the box or Apple swag. Our previous MacBook Pro came purchase (from the same store) came with Apple packaging and accessories (Apple branded charging brick and cable).
