Yes it's a great book for your kid awesome when you use you will get amazing results of your kids spelling skill reading skill also writing this book is amazing . paper quality also very good very colourful .with lots of activities.highly recommended.

My almost five year old knew his alphabet and the short letter sounds. He struggled so much with blending them, though. He was frustrated and hated reading…until I got these BOB books and workbook! He doesn’t fight me on doing his workbook and enjoys the stories. It’s really built his confidence in reading. We do this workbook alongside Explode the Code. I’ve found the BOB books and the ETC lessons tend to line up well together.

These go really well with the boxed set of books.I was using a different resource for my 5 year old, and it was a battle every lesson. I remembered this workbook I used with my other children and things immediately turned around. I watched the proverbial lightbulb turn on for my child, and you can’t put a price on that! I recommend this workbook paired with the bob book set.

Good for kids learning writing

Though the pen that came with it didn't work, the quality of the book itself is great. I bought a fine point pen-style set of dry erase markers for $6 and am very happy. The 4 year old I bought it for loves it, and I will probably buy her 2 year old brother his own in a year or 2.
