69606 68mm Polished Throttle Body

Good but ordered wrong one. Hope to return.

The factory throttle body is unavailable, so I tried this. I'm happy so far. The throttle responds differently than stock, but in what I consider a good way. Instead of the power coming on all at once near full throttle, it comes on sequentially as you push the pedal deeper. If you road race or autocross that's a good thing. I find it easier to apply the right amount of gas coming out of tight corners. The idle is about like stock, and the throttle action is smooth. I didn't really want it so shiny, but the satin finish unit is obsolete. You may need new sensors, this does not come with either one. Sometimes the old ones are riveted to the stock throttle body; you may or may not get them off in one piece.Edit - started sticking badly at 3000RPM, and generally jerky in operation when the weather warmed up. I guess I got a lemon. Down to 2 stars.

So fat so good I been using this for a couple hundred miles. no complaints, my idle is back to normal. no more soaring idle problem, no more high idle. this TB is much better than the skunk 2.
