Works, good samples out there.
It works fine. Unlike the original Gameduino there is no real DIY aspect to this unless you are able to code your own. There are samples and tools on the website as well as libraries. The screen is nice and bright and the touch works OK, my fingers are kind of fat. A conductive stylus worked better for me.

One of the few devices that allows you to create games on an Arduino.
The Gameduino is well documented and easy to use. I use this in my class and my students have created some pretty amazing games.I wish that the screen was capacitive touch rather than resistive.Other than that it's a well made product.

Recommended Arduino compatible touch screen.
If you’re looking for a small Arduino compatible touchscreen, this works well. Documentation is a little sparse but doing your research, you should be able to find the answers you need.

Nice hardware upgrade.
The Gameduino 3X seems much faster than the Gameduino 2. The only drawback I have found so far is that it's difficult to find information specific to the 3X.

Cool Arduino shield
Super cool and easy to get started. Sample projects work as expected and easy to follow.

and it works great. The samples run right away
Installed the Gameduino library from the website, attached it to my Arduino, and it works great. The samples ran right away. The fancier samples need a microSD card, btw.
