Will this work with Kato turnouts?

The reverser only applies power to the isolated/insulated track on a reversing loop or wye. As long as power is applied to the track leading into and out of the isolated track, the reverser will match the polarity when the locomotive passes over the junction of the isolated track and the other track. If your turnouts provide the power or you wire power directly to the lead in and lead out track, everything should work.

Does this need a power supply

No external power supply is needed. The module operates on track power. For installation and other information just google "Digitrax Single Auto Reverser".

Will this work with the digitrax zephyr express?

The Auto Reverser will work on any DCC layout. I have an MRC control DCC layout and three Reversers and they work great.
