Is the ROLA M.O.V.E. waterproof? I assume the bottom is waterproof since it sounds like it is a solid piece of rubber. Do the sides appear waterproof?

It is not waterproof, nor could it be said to water resistant although it is made of nylon like material

What material makes the bottom non-slip? Solid rubber bottom? Rubber strips or patches? Hook and loop (velcro)? Or ...... thanks.

There's a lip or seam of material around the bottom edge that grips the carpeting. I'm not sure how much it would slip on a smooth surface like a truck body (most likely a lot).

Since the base is rigid, is the only collapsible portion the 7" height? So, when collapsed, it will still take 38x15 space?
