what’s the shelf life for these unwrapped?

I don't know. I know they had an expiration date on the package, but I don't know what it was. I put them in a Ziplock baggie and use them as I need them.

Is the plastic safe to warm in the microwave?

Hello It can use a microwave for seaweed wrappers. However, the mold used for packaging cannot be used in a microwave oven. Thank you.
