Great tasting product. Great substitute for sports drinks. I just add to my water bottle or Yeti.

Flavor masks the taste of medicine
Flavors are great and it makes taking metamucil much more flavorful for my older mom! A few drops of flavor masks the flavor of the powdery supplement.

Mio Fit is 100% better than Gatorade
I started using Mio Fit when I was working wildland fire as a substitute for Gatorade. I love the taste, it has no calories, it's full of salt and vitamins, it's portable, and goes in the water I'm already carrying.

Great stuff. Mio is great for kicking calories & taste very good. Cheaper at Walgreens than anywhere online

Really wish Mio would bring these back
I'm glad I'm still able to get these Mio Fit flavors on Amazon - but it seems like Mio has stopped making them.

It's not them, it's me..
I drink my 64 oz water a day, but that's all I drink. Sometimes I want to switch it up. I thought this would be a nice way to do that. I'm still trying to find my right ratio of water to Mio, but as it stands, the flavor is okay, but it's not really very refreshing..
