Bought this after my siatic nerve has been pinched so bad it had become debilitating. My new Chiropractor suggested getting one of these under my knees to relieve pressure off of my lower spine while sleeping. I was using regular pillows and they helped for a little bit but the pain always got worse through the night. I was desperate and was willing to try anything!! Let me just say WOW!!! This pillow has been a complete game changer for me. It is very firm but not too firm. It's doesn't flatten out throughout the night like regular pillows did. It's just the right height to relieve pressure on my lower back instantly and does not cut off blood flow to your feet. I also find it comfortable to use between my knees when laying on my side of I put it long ways. It also has a removable cover that can be washed in the washing machine. I don't put it in the dryer just to be safe. I don't want it to shrink. If you have low back pain or sciatica and don't have one of these, this is a must have!! Get one you will not be disappointed!

Love this! Definitely let it settle the first 2-3 days but after that it works amazing. I use it to sleep and while just relaxing watching tv. Was initially bought for just after surgery but is useful for everyday too. The cushion is firm but is perfect for a big woman like myself. It doesn’t lose shape easily.

I had some sciatica pain in my right hip/butt down my leg for months. I finally made time for the chiropractor and part of my treatment for a month was to sleep with my knees together, my side sleeping wasn't helping the issue. Using this wedge pillow under my knees really helped make sleeping on my back more comfortable. I'm not using it to sleep now that my pain is gone, but I like to keep it as a base under the rest of my pillows when I'm just hanging out in my bed because it is firm. I'm able to fit a king size pillow case on it, snug but it fits.

I had a work accident a few months ago and was severely injured in my back. My physical therapists told me that I should sleep with a pillow under my knees to be more comfortable at night and keep my spine straight. Before, I'd use regular pillows for this but they didn't work well at all. If I used one pillow, it would be too flat and didn't lift my knees high enough. If I used two pillows, they'd fall off in the middle of the night as I moved and I'd wake up in pain. This pillow that I bought completely changed my sleeping experience. Because of it's flat bottom and general shape, it does not move around in the middle of the night. When I wake up, the pillow is exactly where I placed it before bed and I am in the correct sleeping position with my knees elevated. This pillow helped me reduce the strain on my back at night and it allowed me to wake up with less pain than I would had I not used this pillow. A tip I wanna give is that if sleeping on your back causes pain even with the pillow, try to sleep on your side with your legs bent towards your chest and with a pillow between your thighs. This pillow won't work for that specific sleeping position but if you prefer to sleep on your back, it is perfect. This product was a really good investment for my physical health and I would recommend it to others.

If not for it being too short, it would be great. Unfortunately, laying in the position I need to to be comfortable using this, my knees are at the very edges on each end. This causes the ends to buckle and my knees to slip, which is kind of the opposite of what I need since I’m using this to help with recovering from an injury. Plus size folks (or anyone who needs to have a little distance between your thighs), this ain’t for us unless you want to buy two.

This knee pillow is well built if a little bit heavy. Used while my knees were sore so I could sleep comfortably
