It taste like mud water so i dont recommend as a tea on its own but if you mix it with another tea for flavor it has good health benifits and it doesnt have a strong flavor so it blends well with other drinks!They come in a transparent tea bag. They didnt leak any leaves or anything either.

Tastes okay, it is a pleasant herbal tea for the evening.I decided to order it because I read it could help with period pains and I am pleased to notice an improvement in that area. I drink it a few times the week before my period starts by using 2 teabags for each serving and it has helped soothing my pains.
