Nice replacement earring backs. Not sure if these are actually real gold, but they look better than the 14k earring back that kept losing and finding, until I lost it for good. Fits my earrings nice and tight, but not too difficult to attach to the earring post and they are easy to remove. Brightly colored gold. Not orange looking.
