This book is so so pretty, one of my best purchases and I love that it is handmade from India too. It looks so nice under any lighting, the pages are thick (although not good for watercolour probably, not due to the thickness but feel of the paper) and I am so excited to use this. It's great for journaling or for notes since the pages are few and it's sturdy as well so it doesn't feel like it'll come apart.

Beautiful little notebook - a bit more unusual than the usual run-of-the-mill - vibrant colours and well constructed. Fits in a handbag and handy to have. The paper is nice so good to write on and looks as if it will last well as the binding is secure.

this small hand made journal is just the right size to carry in your bag. It is covered with very pretty sari silk and is stuffed with many pages of thick soft paper. It could have been better finished as the end pages are a bit wrinkled and not attached perfectly to the cover, but I kind of expect this with hand made journals. It will be good for journaling, sketching and small scrapbooking, but I'm not sure it will stand up well to an ink pen or water based media as the paper is too soft and absorbent. Overall a lovely journal.

I bought this for my mum as a Christmas gift, and she really enjoys using it. She likes drawing in it and mentioned that the paper feels thick and of good quality. It holds up well to her sketches without any issues. It made for a thoughtful and well-received present, and I’m glad I chose it. If you’re looking for something simple but useful for someone who enjoys writing or drawing, this is a pretty option. Highly recommend!

Quality paper and beautiful notebook

Carnet 12x16,5 cm de couleur bleu, conforme à la description. A l'intérieur, des feuilles de papiers chiffons, je vais essayer d'y faire des aquarelles. Ce carnet est vraiment très joli, de bonne qualité, que l'on peut glisser dans son sac main.

Für das neue Semester wollte ich mir ein außergewöhnliches Notizbuch kaufen (und nicht die immer gleichen langweiligen Heftchen). Ich bin auf meiner (endlosen) Amazon-Suche auf dieses Notizbuch gestoßen und habe es mir sofort bestellt. Heute kam es an, gut verpackt und strahlend rot. Das Papier ist handgemacht und typisch für recycltes Papier. Der Stoff ist einfach wunderschön - viel schöner als auf dem Bild und absolut sauber und geruchsfrei. Ich musste ein bisschen experimentieren bis ich den geeigneten Stift zum Beschreiben des Papiers fand - nun habe ich aber eine sehr kreative und farbige Titelseite :)

Got this for my daughter's birthday, and it arrived at the very beginning of the shipping window, just in time for her party. Beautiful craftsmanship and an awesome price. I'm considering doing a very simple conversion to make it into a Traveler's Notebook - it would take very little work.

The book came earlier . I ordered the purple one, having previously bought the Red one. Absolutly beautiful. The paper inside feels like papyrus, but is apparently made of cotton rags from the indian garment Industrie. Very authentic .
