Why do some customers mention that our Magic Keyboard has weak magnetism or can't connect magnetically with the iPad?

This issue is due to model incompatibility. Our Magic Keyboard is compatible with Air 13 (M4 2026/M3 2025/M2 2024) and Pro 12.9 (6th/5th/4th/3rd Gen). Other iPad models have different magnet alignment, causing weak magnetism and insecure attachment.

Why can't my iPad power Magic Keyboard?

Our Magic Keyboard connects via Bluetooth and requires its own charging. It does not draw power from the iPad. Simply pair it with your iPad via Bluetooth for a stable connection. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!

Does this iPad support portrait reading mode?

No. This product uses a landscape-specific magnetic structure and hinge design, so it only supports landscape mode, not portrait mode. This feature is determined by product design and is not a quality issue.
