I found these to be my favorite snack. I am glad that they are only 100 cal. They fit well within my calorie intake. I recommend if you sound looking for something salty with low calories you give this a try. It’s just enough for a quick snack.

Love these for portion control. You realize how little 100 calories worth of nuts actually is and how easy it’d be to overeat nuts that aren’t pre-portioned. I snack on these with a cheese stick as a nice little snack.

I like these because they are in 100 calorie packs and the nuts are good and not too much sodium and the price is reasonable! HOWEVER....the box pictured and the description both include "Dry Roasted Seasoned Almonds" and I got this box on purpose to have a few of those in the mix. I was disappointed to find that there was not a single pack of Dry Roasted Seasoned Almonds in the whole box. I got the correct number of packs just not the varieties promised. Not as advertised and this is not good, Emerald is a great product just give me what you told me I was buying.
