Google Pixel 4a – New Unlocked Android Smartphone – 128 GB of Storage – Up to 24 Hour Battery Just Black (Refurbished)

This was a second had Amazon approved product. I have purchased many such approved products over the years from Amazon however this seller's attention to detail in the packaging was superb it was better than the brand new exact same product which I also purchased. Brilliant 👌also received free gift of goodies in the package which the kids were tickled with definitely coming back for more. Also product arrived next day. Haven't had a chance to full test product but prima facie as described and so far everything works perfect...just like the brand new one I also purchased...makes me regret buying the brand new one from maker just because of the unboxing experience ☺️

Pleased with my new phone, taking a while to get used to, like any other phone, but love the compact size. Great price, too, why buy new when you can buy reconditioned....

Atrociously inadequate battery life. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Good price, fast delivery and phone looks completely unused. Was worried after ordering because of some poor reviews, but phone arrived early and with no scratches or blemishes at all. Set up straight forward, hopefully no issues going forward. Minus a star now as Japanese model so unable to disable camera shutter noise, very annoying.

18th Birthday gift for my son. He is very happy with the phone. Very slick and seems so far to be good as new. However unfortunately the charger does not work.

Got this phone as a replacement for the Google Pixel 3 which had suffered a known screen fault. The 4a is an easy to use phone, set up was simple, luckily the old Pixel still worked and I was able to port over all the apps and data, which saved a lot of time. The camera is vert good, just what I expected from a Pixel. Fingerprint detection, a must on smart phones, works well too. A decent phone that was top of the league when it first came out. Given the price of new smart phones today, a refurb like this is a sensible choice.

Hello, I'm not joking, my wife has the iPhone 12 and I must say these pics I take with the Pixel 4a are just as good. I had a Samsung first and thought that was good, but whatever technology Google uses, this is just amazing. Do get it, the price is brilliant for taking pictures and the rest of it, ok, normal but good, it's just a normal phone with great Android features.

Battery last 5h if you are using. Navigation from the page is not easy. Cheap and basic.

Bought a refurbished 4A 5G. Was in good condition. Great phone and love the unlimited storage saver photo backup.

Looking for a phone that wasn't super pricy. I did some research, found the phone I wanted. I'm an old-fashioned and no-nonsense kind of person so I didn't want a new phone that was gonna half in value 3 months into using it. Amazon's easy returns gave me piece of mind, but my main concern was the battery. I waited a little bit to write a review so I can say the battery is still going strong. It stands up well to the Moto 5G UW Ace I had before, which is supposed to have a pretty impressive battery. The only complaint I have is that for some reason it keeps restarting when I put it in my pocket. That could just be some impressive butt-dialing, though. It hasn't caused any issues except having to put in my password instead of opening with fingerprint. No scratches, looked like new, acts like new. It picked up my Verizon sim card seamlessly, and transferred apps, pictures, everything from the old phone over google. The whole transfer process took 15 minutes to set up and then less than an hour to download everything. Good job Amazon! Helped this part-time teen buy themselves something shiny.

The Phone is like new, no noticeable scratches. Feels smaller and lighter than my Pixel 2 XL (because the body is plastic and the screen has no forehead) Everything seems to be working well. The Charger appears to be a samsung clone and the cable is packaged nice but too thin to be quality. There is no adapter so a USB C to USB C cable is needed to transfer files. I own a good 3rd party charger and high quality C to C cables so I will never use this one or use the cable it came with. I always reflash unlocked used phones no matter who they are from. It is too easy for malware to be hidden on them. When I reflashed this phone it said that it was running a version of LineageOS even though it booted like it was a stock image (you have to boot into the OS to turn on developer options to reflash). I am not saying they did anything shady but it was unusual. I don't know if it even would have gotten the Android 14 update it is scheduled to get in awhile if its running LineageOS.

I buy my OWN phones, and so I do not get locked into contracts. I was a Moto fan until I found it won't work with G-pay. LOVE Pixel 4a 5G because I never ever complain about it and never wish it had some feature it doesn't. One year after buying renewed it's battery still lasts more than 24 hours. Fast charging works only with the original charger supplied so be sure you get the white plug in wall charger, if you use a regular USB charger it takes a lot longer to reach full charge. Great camera with lots of edit options. Also, here in AZ summer the phone has to keep out of sunlight, because the data and text service will not operate correctly and you'll get a warning right before the phone shuts off. As to provider service, I switched to Google Fi cell service and never have issues like I did with consumer cellular and cricket, etc. I decided that I had perfection with this older model. I do recommend getting a heavy duty case and use a screen protector glass also.

I think it's the best Android I have ever had. The camera is 100% superior to any generic Android that I know of. At least the option by default are the best. The battery condition is very good. Came with no defect of any kinds. And I could upgrade to android 14. Very happy with this purchase.
