This is a great product use a small cap full 1/4 teaspoon daily in your water flosser It looked real small and expensive But I had a gum issue at one side of my mouth and it was gone in two days. I love this stuff.

I’ve been using it for about three years now. At one point I had gum pockets measuring 3mm, 4mm, and even 5mm. After staying consistent with this, my dental checkups showed they were reduced to mostly 2s and 3s. Some people say that kind of improvement isn’t possible, but in my personal experience it absolutely was. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but one bottle lasts a couple of months depending on how much you use in your water flosser. Personally, I’d rather spend about $40 every 2–3 months than thousands on more dental work. I also do oil pulling with GuruNanda products, and I’ve found that it works really well alongside this for overall gum and tooth health. I actually stopped using it for a few months due to other health issues and didn’t realize how much my gums had declined until I started again. This is my second bottle, so I’ve given it a fair shot. I haven’t noticed any huge changes yet, but it does make your mouth feel extremely fresh. Very minty. Like “did I just chew five pieces of gum” minty. I use it in my water pick, and that’s where the main downside shows up. You absolutely have to rinse your water pick after because it leaves a thick film and residue behind. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. It’s very strong, so a little goes a long way. You don’t need much at all. That helps, because it is a little pricey. Especially when you haven’t seen dramatic results yet. To be fair, I don’t use it every single day, so consistency might matter. Great for freshness and breath. Jury’s still out on long-term results, but it definitely makes your mouth feel clean.

After finding out I was having gum issues and being someone with an hybrid implant, & dry mouth ( due to head/ neck surgery) I knew I needed to find extra help maintaining my oral health. I was already using a water flosser etc. I chose this company because of all their good reviews and Im pleased I did. I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now, it’s really helped give me peace of mind. I’ve now started to use the whole range, ie the toothpaste & the mouthwash. The taste is ok, I tend to gag with highly flavored products, but I don’t have the problem with this. A lot of my oral issues have totally calmed down as I have issues with many foods ie I will get mouth soreness within seconds of eating tomatoes/ walnuts etc, but this product helps calm all of those issues, plus I noticed since using it that normally plant milk, yoghurt etc would cause mucus in my throat, I’ve had a definite decrease with this since using this product. It’s definitely a winner for me & I will continue to use.
