Family with two AuADHD tween/teens. Everything else we tried had to many distractions. Too tempting to play music or games. This is perfect, we have a two story home plus basement and we have coverage on all three levels. No more anxiety inducing yelling! And because there isn't a screen or video function I feel ok putting it in the bathroom (no more 2 hour baths). My only complaint is that each speaker can only be on one group. You can not have a speaker included in two different groups. I was hoping to have them all on group 1 and then a few on a kids group 2. That way I wouldn't have to bug husband if I wanted to tell the kids to wake up or get in the shower, but I could tell everyone dinner is ready.

Truly Duplex, just like talking on a phone. I purchased the 4 pack as my wife has shoulder surgery, so during her 6-week recovery I was sleeping upstairs in our spare bedroom and was also working from home in our computer room, so we needed good communication if she needed assistance. These worked perfect. each device has its own assigned number so she could call me directly or if she wasn't sure where I was, she could do a group call. If she called directly, all she had to do is press the number button for the channel I was on, it would ring about 3 times at my device, then auto-answer we didn't have to press any button to simply have a real 2-way conversation. I will also add that the ring volume was adjustable but at the loudest volume it could wake me up without wearing my hearing aids I have only 60% hearing. Another good feature I really liked is if we disconnected the power to relocate a device it would retain all of its setting, so I didn't have to reset it to Auto-Answer mode -very convenient. We like them so much so now my wife has recovered were going to permanently install them throughout the house, basement, garage, kitchen and home office. They are perfect. Very highly recommended.

Just moved to a 2 story 3000 square-foot home and I purchase these to make it easier when calling my children upstairs, instead of yelling, their names multiple times for them to still not hear me 🫠 These have made it easy to efficiently and effectively call them down stairs and just as easy for them to call me while I’m in the kitchen. The set up was AMAZINGLY EASY! All you do is open the box, plug it is and pick your # to assign each intercom. 10/10 would buy again

They tend to have static even inside the house. Could be a home wiring problem

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed along distance intercom that would work between buildings. Our cell phone would always cut out and we thought an intercom or walkie talkie would work better. Functionality: I needed something that would allow hands-free answering. Ease of use: Very easy to set up and use Sensitivity: Long distance clarity and ability to work through the walls of multiple buildings was a must. This unit works pretty well. Call is sometimes a little static-y but considering the obstacles, it’s really not bad and we can still hear and understand each other.

Epic fail. I highly recommend this product…except for the 120V to usb power adapter. Very dangerous failure. I couldn’t believe it when I unplugged the adapter box and noticed the prongs stayed in the outlet leaving two metal prongs energized at 120V. This was in my young boys room. Thankfully they didn’t unplug it and get shocked trying to pull the exposed and electrified prongs out. It looks like a horribly designed adapter. (If they were trying to make a dangerous adapter, they couldn’t have been more effective.) It looks like the piece that came off is just pressed onto the housing. My fear is all the units have this same junk adapter. They really need to go through all of them and remove this adapter and replace with one of a higher quality. To be clear, the adapter isn’t part of the intercom but it was included with it and necessary to power on unless you provide your own. As for the intercoms…we love them.

Looks good, voice clear, both sides can talk hand free without interruptions , I haven't tested the exact coverage area yet, but I believe its as advertised
