Heats well but not accurate
I thought I'd write a review to warn others. This heater is very good but it heats 3C warmer than it is set to. We set it to 24C and the water temp at the furthest away point is 27C. So, be careful your tank doesn't get too hot!

Stable
I have found the ones i received have been stable, only fluctuation has been caused by room temperature not the heater. When setting up , a little tweaking is necessary to get to the right temperature, rather than going off the temp markings on the unit, they seem to within tolerence of 1 degree, but once set, i have not touched them since.

No frills basic heater
Great value for money heater. Colour indicator set point is a good guide but it’s worth testing temperature with a thermometer and adjusting accordingly.

Unfortunately these are possible illegal as am ex electrical design engineer, I always understood and had to fit 13 amp standard plugs to all equipment sold in the UK.

Perfect aquarium heater - no issues
I have had this (50W) heater installed in my 48L aquarium for almost 3 years now without any problems. It seems to keep the set temperature very well and I am very pleased with this purchase. I would have no hesitation buying one of these again.
