The Complete Wreck

Great collection of books. These were a gift to my nephew and he was so excited to receive them.

This book set is the most affordable set money can buy. The quality of the books are amazing. The books are about 2 inches taller than the original print that I got from a thrift store. The books have an authentic old book feel while still being completely new. The quality of the box the books come is not made of thin cardsock like the ones you can get at the store. The box is made of a high quality sturdy cardboard. Although I prefer the books to be bare with no box on the shelf, if you don't have any bookends or an enclosed book shelf to place the books in the books is beautiful for them as well just a word of caution unless you have small hands you will have to tilt the boxs forward a smile just to get the book out.

The first book lives up to its title, and slight damage to the 7th book. Would it be possible to get undamaged replacements?

A qualidade dos livros é simplesmente impecável, a diagramação é super agradável, a capa e as ilustrações são belíssimas. Com relação a entrega, chegou muito antes do esperado e em excelente qualidade, sem danos, mas recebi duas notificações falsas avisando que eu havia sido taxada!! É sempre bom investigar essas notificações (no Reclame Aqui, por exemplo, encontrei outros casos de tentativa de golpe por meio da transportadora) caso elas ocorram, não paguei nenhuma e recebi o produto da mesma forma.

I loved this books since i was a child. Now that I bought them, my inner child is happy. they got here safely, not damaged and in great quality.

Amazing set and amazing deal...I got for 2195... box was not on great condition on arrival and Quality of pages cutting are 2 things lot of users will complain.. I agree on that but even that gives a cool rusty look.. Coming to content I don't think I need to review...

Great books, very well written and lovely illustrations. If you are familiar with the series you will know that the story itself is a bit repetitive, however the way this is written compensates for this, with an interesting lexicon, paradoxical situations, dark humour and frankly quite a few well summarised life truths - such as when you are in misery most of your social circles disappear. My 10 year old is reading fast through the whole series and so am I. I wanted to get the audio version too, but it is unfortunate that it has music and noises in the background and whilst some listeners may appreciate that, I find them disturbing, so I didn’t buy them after listening to the sample.
