Joy mop is the BEST MOP SYSTEM I HAVE GOT. I manage multiple places, each place I’d different. This mop works everywhere from the hardwood to the vinyl floor to the nonslip kitchen floors. They have a sand base in the vinyl. I use a scrub brush and then joy mop takes the water up easily. Gets right into the corners without any problems.I bought one for my house to it’s the best! Change the pad and clean the shower, walls, floors anything!

Best mop ever mine lasted for three years the bucket still going but once the mop joint loosens, it's hard to use. So in three years, I'll buy another one, but I highly recommend it. It is awesome works great gets underneath. Everything won't use any other kind of mop ever again.

Easy to use, small so it doesn’t take up space when not used, and washable heads. What’s not to like; used swifters, big bucket mops and other “trendy” style. This is by far the best we used so far.

Love this mop and bucket set . It is easy to set up , the handle is long so help to eliminate back pain . Easy to mop , rinse and dry the floor, also very easy to reach hard spots .

Rating for Housekeepers: It broke after 1 week of use at the very bottom the plastic holding the head together wasn’t strong enough. (Team would not be careful inserting to clean and broke two of these mops)However, I think it’s more for general cleaning and not efficient for cleaning multiple homes in a day. I would only use in my head because I really like it it’s just not so good for taking on the job.

I love the mop, but it has broken several times after use. Unfortunately, the company doesn't really offer a warranty. They promised to send me another head, but that never happened. I bought a replacement head on my own, and less than a month later, it broke from the same part again. The explanation they provided doesn't make sense to me. Old on the right, new on the left! Old two months and the latest 1 month only! Used only weekly!

I wasn't sure how this was gonna work out. Been trying to find the best option for keeping my floors clean. I've tried many other products and had mixed results. So I took a shot with this product. All I can say is that I love it. Easy to used, easy to clean and does a great job. The self cleaning mop head feature is fantastic. Liked it do much that I am going to do the one thing you are not supposed to do...I am buying another to give to my mother for Christmas
