The hits just keep on coming with the Eden family!
Devney Perry gave Eloise an incredible story! I have loved the youngest sister of the Eden family and her drive to protect and keep the hotel that’s in her name. I always thought of her as the kindest, sweetest, most generous and hardest working person of the Eden family. Then again, they’re all pretty incredible. But we’ve seen how much Eloise has struggled and how she’s fought to come out on top, so to have her story be all kinds of beautiful made me happy. And don’t even get me started on the grump that is Jasper, oof *fans self*Jasper Vale has:✨ a shotgun wedding that turns into a marriage of convenience✨ small town montana✨ grumpy x sunshine (of a sort)✨ strangers to lovers✨ eden family dynamics✨ forced proximity✨ dirty talking hero✨ “that’s my wife”✨ wiiiiiide open doors✨ faking it till they make itI’m a sucker for a fake relationship or a marriage of convenience, so falling in love with Eloise and Jasper’s complicated story wasn’t that hard. One night in Vegas together turns their world upside down and despite deciding to get their shotgun wedding annulled, they hold onto the marriage for…reasons. I loved their relationship, though. It’s complicated and it’s a little messy, but it’s also VERY hot. Eloise and Jasper might not seem like the perfect match, but that’s kind of what makes them work so well together. I loved their banter, the chemistry and obviously the sexual tension. I admired both of them for thinking that they could stay away from each other when they clearly just want to bone all the time!Having met Jasper in Garnet Flats and only seen him through Talia and Foster’s eyes, to see him so open in his own book was incredible. Jasper is a rough kind of guy, he’s got all these secrets that do come out eventually and he’s struggling to make sense of the world and his place in it, but he finds all of that in Quincy, Montana. I loved watching him go from being a scowly, grumpy man to loosening up a little because of Eloise. Speaking of…Eloise and her struggles with proving to her family that she’s responsible and worthy of this job and owning the hotel continues and my heart hurt for how desperately she wanted it and felt like she had to do so much more than necessary to get what she wanted. I wasn’t overly pleased with her parents through this book, but Eloise has my whole heart. The steam in this book is next level off the charts hot. When you put two characters who are attracted to each other and fighting all other feelings in the same a-frame home, you’re bound to get explosive sex and chemistry. And Jasper and Eloise don’t hold back. I think, personally, this might be Devney’s best set of sex scenes yet? I loved every single one, I could feel the desire between these characters through each scene and might have (no shame) read some of them more than once.Knowing who comes next and what the book is about has me champing at the bit for it. But then it also makes me aware there’s only one more Eden after that and I’m sad to say goodbye to this family!

Written to perfection.
Very straightforward. No unnecessary drama. It was perfect the way it was. The characters are perfect. Jasper is the perfect book bf's, I am calling him perfect because he was a step up considering how action oriented he was throughout. He made choices for himself and acted on them, no second guessing or waiting....Read and discover all the reasons as to why he deserves to be in your BOOK BF ROSTER.

Perfect!
I loved this book, Jasper & Eloise were everything! From the first page itself, I was swept away by the feelings that developed between them. I loved every one of their interactions and the way they gradually grew to care for and understand each other was so amazing! Eloise was the sweetest and I loved her caring heart! Jasper had a certain charm about him. Even though he spoke less, his personality was appealing. As always, it was a delight to see the Eden family and this was a wonderful read! I was very excited for Eloise's story and Devney did not disappoint. I don't know how am I going to wait till Layla & Matteo's books are released.

My loves
Loved it to pieces!! It was such a fantastic set up, and sparks were flying from the moment we see Jasper and Eloise together. Their chemistry is so electric, and though neither them want a relationship, let alone a marriage, their attraction is intense! And, as it turns out, completely irresistible, and their fake marriage very quickly becomes a fake marriage-with-benefits, as they can’t keep their hands – or any other body parts – off each other. It’s hot, steamy, and a little bit filthy, and OMG, I was here for it! I loved the connection between Jasper and Eloise. Living together as husband and wife, Eloise is keen to get to know her husband, but the man is hard to crack. But slowly and surely, things starts to shift, and I loved every moment of it!

A quick and easy read that I breezed through in a day.
3.5 stars!A quick and easy read that I breezed through in a day.Eloise Eden has been tirelessly working towards her ultimate goal of owning The Eloise Inn. She knows that in order to achieve this, she must prove herself as a responsible individual, with no room for rash decisions. However, one night, she finds herself in a drunken stupor and unexpectedly marries a complete stranger - Jasper Vale. Despite his brooding and moody nature, Eloise cannot risk her dreams being jeopardized by staying married to him. Unfortunately, things are not as straightforward as Eloise had hoped, as Jasper requests that they fake their marriage for three months in order to attend a wedding together. Although this may seem like a simple request, Eloise is hesitant, knowing that any slip-up could lead to disastrous consequences. Despite her reservations, she agrees to Jasper's proposal, hoping nothing will go wrong.Ok, I loved Eloise’s character. She is so sweet and has a big heart. She does not have one unkind bone in her body and she works really hard to achieve her dream. I loved the fact that she is always honest with Jasper about her feelings, her thoughts, and her insecurities. Jasper Vale, on the other hand, is an intriguing character. While he was decidedly grumpy and moody, he really understood Eloise in and out. I adored that he got offended on her behalf - that inspite of working so hard to ensure that she gets The Eloise Inn she still has to prove herself to her parents. I hated how her parents treated her and that also for a mistake.. that really wasn’t a mistake! It was as if they wanted to change her personality and it really annoyed me.However, I found Jasper's relationship with his ex-wife to be very irritating. It was clear that it was a toxic relationship and I hated that he still spoke to her and entertained her. While the author has given a justification for his behavior, I didn't find it convincing. I absolutely hated her and I wished there was a confrontation with her but nothing happened and I was disappointed.Despite Jasper's idiosyncrasies, the book had an engaging storyline. Eloise is a refreshing protagonist who is easy to root for, while Jasper's brooding demeanor adds an element of intrigue to the story. I think this book would be a great choice for anyone in the mood for a lighthearted romance.

They married in Vegas, she wants an annulment, he wants to keep her.
Devney Perry and the Eden family always deliver. Obviously, I like some of the books more than others but they’re great as a whole and all of the brothers and sisters have a piece of my heart, especially Knox and Eloise. In “Juniper Moon”, which is Knox’s story, Eloise is the first to welcome and warm up to the heroine, Memphis. She supports the woman, who joins the hotel as a housekeeper in that book, and is the one that always stands by her side even before Knox does. Eloise is such a lovable character that she deserved an equally lovable man to be her partner, and Jasper is that man. He falls for her on their wedding night! He is the one who never wants that marriage to dissolve but will do whatever Eloise wants because he loves her! After such a personal comment let me add that I read this book in one sitting as soon as it was published and transferred to my kindle. I enjoyed reading it so much that I wasn’t aware of the time passing and the daylight fading. It really took me to another realm, it took me to Quincy, Montana and I know I will be back there soon.

Eloise and Jasper'story
Jasper is of the grumpy/broody type and when he married Eloise at the beginning of the book, it was hard to see the perfect match for her. Yet, the book goes on and their love starts to feel real. So we'll done. I liked this one and who have gladly enjoyed two or three more episodes.

Sweet and spicy small town romance
This is the 4th book in The Edens series and you bet, it’s my favourite so far!I have been so excited about Eloise’s story, as she’s definitely so underestimated in previous books - by her family, not me! We know very little about Jasper but this book starts off perfectly to introduce his character and how we come to his and Eloise’s marriage if convenience.I relate so much with Eloise and her word vomit tendencies. She’s so pure of heart and trusting, she was utterly perfect. Jasper is so complex and reserved, but you knew he was enamored with Eloise from the offset. He is also so underestimated but under the surface, is ridiculously caring and loyal. These two perfectly balanced and complimented each other. I adored them 🫶🏻I am pretty sure Jasper could seduce a tree stump 🥵 I was not prepared to be hit with the spice so early on, but that is not a complaint!I loved that there was no third act breakup and we just saw Eloise and Jasper slowly but surely fall in love. There is drama but from no fault of their own and I appreciate that from this series. Devney’s writing is honestly so gorgeous and really draws you in to feeling the emotions of our characters, every single time 👏🏻I was just utterly infatuated with both our MC’s and could not put the book down. One of my all town favourite small town series and I STRONGLY recommend you read this series. Please and thank you 💖*𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬*𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐞: contemporary romance𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐬: small town, marriage of convenience, opposites attract, grumpy/sunshine
