The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T.This product contains a Macca extract that is very strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 8 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. It also has helped maintain correct blood sugars. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

Having checked with the company, 70% yellow and 30% is a mix of red and black.Wished this was advertised better.

I've had a few maca root supplements in the past . These do nothing. DOWN TO ONE STAR , just take nothing it will do the same thing!! I'm trying some others that are cheaper and you get more and after 2 I feel a difference!!
