Impressive replica
Phenomenal gift for Father’s Day. He’s always been into models growing up and him seeing something as small and intricate as his favorite handgun put a big smile on his face. Keep up the good work :)

It works.
Cute functions, now to put it in a frame for the wall exploded view.

If you collect weapon models, I recommend adding this one to your list!
I have several (long barrel) weapon models that I have displayed on shelves. I play multiple online games and it’s always neat to have real life (though smaller) models of the same weapons I use in game. This one is better made than the others ones I have (from a different manufacturer), yet the prices are similar. What’s really nice about this one is that many of the parts you think should “work” actually do work. The mag release releases the magazine. You can then load the included dummy rounds into the mag, then reload the mag then rack the slide which will then load a bullet into the chamber! All very cool operations!… for a small model! Racking the slide is easy and will automatically cock the hammer. You can then pull the trigger and the hammer will strike like you would expect. If something happens with the slide, you can remove the slide with a couple button presses and replace internal parts like the spring (included). \ This kit also includes its own carrying case. When I first opened the outer box, I saw the case and it gives you the impression that it’s “real” per se (the real ones often include hard carrying cases). When I opened the carrying case, the first thing my spouse asked was, “Is that real?”. It’s not, of course, but the whole package including the case gives you the impression that this is a keeper!

Incredible Replica Beretta
If you’ve never seen one of these miniature replica handguns, then you’re in for a treat the first time you open the hard case. Inside the case, you’ll find the Miniature replica M92A1 Beretta 1:2.05 Scale. The majority of the actual gun components are made to spec, and all are in metal. The included clip houses 6 non-fireable brass bullets - the clip has a spring and will release a bullet up through the chamber and out as if the gun was just fired. The slide can lock in the back position, the clip can be released with the typical clip release, the hammer can be locked in the firing position, and with a pull of the trigger, it will release the hammer. Overall, if you or someone you know has a love of firearms, then I would strongly recommend picking up one or more of the Massimo Percision Miniature Firearm Model Kits.

Interesting but overpriced
In a vacuum, just handing this to someone it is impressive. Everything feels realistic, the slide can be locked back, and once you hit the slide release, it has some force going back forward. The build quality is amazing, though mines have some discoloration. That said, when you can get a 1:1 replica that is an airsoft gun, I don't know who would pay 80 dollars out of pocket for this. When I work at home an airsoft pistol is a really entertaining fidget toy, this fits the same bill but the fact its scaled down and cost the same is really questionable. You can get a co2 m9 for 55 bucks, and with the mag it will probably weigh close to the real gun even though slide will be polymer, 100 dollars you can get an all metal matrix m9, which again, will also be 1:1 with the real thing. If gbb airsoft guns doesn't exist this would be five stars but since they do, there isn't really a reason for this to exist.
