got mine @ 15 years old .. am 45 years old married with kids. The bracelet had to be changed twice only. I changed the battery only once and been travelling all over the world with different time zones. Very useful with the backlight being convenient. I've done scuba diving 15 metres deep for 45 mins, kayak fishing for 8 hours 1 nautical miles and some other extreme biking... Recommended

Two sensors. (Compass and Temperature) No solar cells.

Does the watch compensate the temperature of body heat, and how long does the battery last?

Battery should last year+ depending on how often you use night illumination and/or compass. My temperature reading is within a degree or two with the thermometers around me.

Does this watch have a countdown timer that can have the seconds adjusted? Example I want to set the countdown timer for 7 min and 10 seconds.

You can set the hours and minutes, but not the seconds.

The watch fits me very well and the features all seem to work. The compass isn't totally accurate and neither is the temperature but they both give good estimations when needed. Overall happy with the purchase!
