I struggle swallowing pills. This was so easy to do with active iron! It does smell a little funny, but you soon get used to it! I have an iron deficiency and heard horrible things about iron supplements and how they can upset your stomach. I’m on week 3 of these meds and have lots more energy and luckily no stomach issues either. I am certain it is working for me and am so pleased I found this product. I had dreadful side effects of the deficiency and these are beginning to subside!

I am glad to be able to purchase Active Iron from Amazon . As I have iron deficient aenemia I need to take iron every day , and Active Iron is gentle for the stomach and easy and pleasant to take. From my experience I would recommend it.

Its good and easy to swallow but cause constipation.

This product is a must especially if you are a lady in 50s. Have noticed the difference in my general well being and energy levels. Not found one as easy on digestive system. This works great with my body’s equilibrium.

I have been struggling to keep my iron levels up for more than thirty years. I have been on prescribed medication and tried an extensive array of over the counter iron supplements; nothing has worked without leaving me with a sluggish digestive system and a annoying stomach ache, but this product is light on the stomach, I can take it on the go without having to make sure I need to eat something at the same time. Does not make me feel sick unlike other cheaper options. Does not affect my poo, convenient that you need only one capsule a day. Also, I have got restless leg syndrome, and noticed that one capsule taken just before bed removes this syndrome in the first night ! Of course I taken them regularly, so one capsule does not cure it, it is just a result iron deficiency

I started using these iron tablets as a blood donor with low iron levels. Unfortunately they didn't help to increase my iron levels but the tablets were easy to take and did not cause constipation.
