Is the start capacitor 105-126 MFD, or smaller?

Can I buy a replacement for the relay?

If you don't know how to find a replacement relay you probably don't have much experience working with 220vac equipment. The capacitor can store a charge for a long time and is dangerous. It should be carefully grounded to remove any residual charge. Make sure the 220v circuit breaker is turned off and check for voltage with a volt meter before beginning any work. Remove the old relay and find the part number. You need a 220v double throw relay rated at around 40 amps. Again, the work is dangerous and even experienced HVAC repairmen manage to kill themselves if they are careless. You can search on Amazon or at digikey for a replacement relay once you have the part number.

do these control boxes come in poly carbonate or plastic ?

Good morning, the enclosures and manufactured out of steel, there is no options on the enclosures from the factory. That being said, one could place this box inside another enclosure if corrosion is the issue. Best regards, Scott
