Hello, Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser for Dogs & Cats does not contain either hydrocortisone or ketoconazole. The following are the ingredients in Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser for Dogs & Cats: water, ethoxydiglycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, disodium EDTA, docusate sodium, triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, chloroxylenol, salicylic acid, fragrance, D-galactose, D-mannose, L-rhamnose, FD&C Blue #1. May contain lactic acid. Thank you!

Q: The 1st time i bought this it was clear and i had no problem.this new bottle is blue in color and irritated his ear.should it be blue or clear?

I never had a clear or blue bottle, the two bottles I ordered were both white plastic. If it’s irritating the ears I would definitely not use it. It should be giving relief, not causing it.

Q: How long is the expiration date typically on this product? We only use after baths. If expiration date short, I will buy a smaller bottle.

My small bottle expires in 9/2014, and I have had this bottle for about 10 months just to have one on hand, in case I need it.
