These work great you really feel a cooling then a deep warming sensation. I used it for my lower back, after a day of household activity. I only used one, but they are kind of small/short and the diagram on the pack is a bit misleading. Next time I will use two side-by-side to cover the entire width of my back. You can probably use them anywhere on the body but read the pack I guess I'm a rebel haha. I would purchase again and it's a good product to have on hand if you have back issues.

My product arrived in a bubble envelope, but it was smashed and box damaged. I used one of the patches for a back pain. It worked and relieved my sore, but the adherence wasn't that good. Corners started to come out athe the first couple hours of using it.

Great pain relief!! A little difficult to handle as it sticks to its self very easily.

Husband says they help with his painful rotator cuff (he had a Dr appt later this month to fix). Only problem is they aren't super sticky. You cannot unpeel and reafix them so you better place them right the first time. The shoulder area is curvy so there are wrinkles and not so great adhesion on the edges but they work while they are on.

I have a bad back. Since middle school my left side (right around my shoulder blade) has hurt, tingled, swelled and gone numb. I've had chiropractic treatments but it always comes back. Recently it has gotten worse to the point where I actually cry. I'm looking into investing in a memory foam mattress topper to see if that will help alleviate some of the pain but for now, I needed something fast that would get me through my days. Picked these and tried it as soon as I got it. It is a huge balm of relief and it truly feels amazing. I put one on before I went to bed and I can tell that I'm going to sleep well. Def gonna stock up on these!

They are smaller than the original and do not feel icy cold upon application although easier to apply. Work somewhat, but not as well

Everything I need it to be and I don't have a reaction to the adhesive. I'll use a pack for 8+ hrs. (Probably not supposed to leave it one that long.) You're not supposed to remove and reapply but I'll move it 1-2 times before tossing if the sore spot starts to feel better but there's another area I haven't addressed yet that's sore. Between injuries, PT, and life, this has been extremely helpful in taking my mind off the pain and back to tasks at hand.

My daughter is a level 10 gymnast and this is an essential product for her gym bag. She is not picky about labels and almost all the time will reach for a store or generic brand to save money. This product however, is the rare exception that she says is worth every penny. She swears that nothing else works nearly as good! with 24 -26 hours of practice a week, nearly 300 daily pushups, 500 V-ups, and 150 pull ups she's know better than most. She has pretty intensive physical conditioning and has the body to show it and credits some of 'getting through practice' to this product. Try it.......works very well for us!

A super patch for relieving pain in a specific area. Highly recommended!! Keeps pain at bay as long as it's on.
