I had search all over for this product and was happy when I saw it being sold through Amazon. This is the best meat tenderizer! It doesn't have MSG and it's not salty as some other tenderizers. Extremely happy with my purchase and the price. Will definitely purchase again.

Wonderful with the state of meat these days one has to tenderise all red meat thank you will be ordering again... ☺️

I used this on tougher cuts of meat, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. The texture came out noticeably more tender without changing the flavor. Pros: • improves tenderness of tougher cuts • does not alter flavor • works well on beef and other meats • not too salty like others say, I do not find the saltiness bad or too much. Cons: • no major negatives so far Nothing complicated about it, but it does the job well. I would definitely keep it in the kitchen.
