Q: Is it really that noisy?

This product isn’t noisy….( maybe if one is using a live mouse and not a computer mouse…LOL)

Q: What's the deal with this product? I saw that it doesn't have a very high rating, but it really is a beautiful product.

You can totally buy it, the product is great and I like it. I read all the reviews and it seems like the negative ones are mostly from Canada. I'm guessing this product might have been counterfeited on the Canadian site because their intellectual property protection is really bad. Stick with the trusted brands.

Q: What is the diameter?

Actually, the size of the product I received is 9.1 inches * 7.1 inches * 0.1 inches, which gave me a little surprise because it is the largest metal mouse pad I have seen on Amazon. I think there may be some problems with this page, or perhaps the seller forgot to update their information.
