Q: What is the gam of the paper ?

I’m not sure, but it’s very thick. It’s more like cloth paper than paper if you’re familiar with old time paper they used in the 18th century. I use a very good fountain pen to write on the pages. I love it.

Yes this journal can lay fully flat but the paper is quite exquisite and must be handled with care when you open it flat.
