bareMinerals Get Started Complexion Kit

I've tried full face makeup in the past, and frankly felt suffocated by it. It was the weirdest thing. I'd be all gung ho about doing something snazzy with my face, then afterwards, my pores would scream "get this off..NOW!" I still desired to try actually doing more than a little eye liner so figured I'd give this a go after a friend raved about it( and you guess it I initially ignored because I figure..watch this be the same suffocating makeup I've tried). What the hell, I'll try it if for no other reason to shut my friend up. In hindsight that was probably a stupid reason to spend this much money. Then again, sometimes shutting someone up is pretty priceless. Turns out I actually LOVE this makeup! 1. I'm occasionally insanely lazy and I could do this practically in my sleep. 2. My face looked amazing afterward 3. I forget number three because it's the middle of the night and all brain function is starting to leave. All in All, this was worth spending the shut up money. My friend technically WAS right, however she isn't going on and on about it because I came over to the darkside.

Let me start by saying the shipment was superb. I ordered on Thursday and my item was at my door early Saturday. So far, I have used the products on my face for two days and I am so in love with this product! I have acne prone skin and I've tried several different makeup lines, including a few high-end makeup lines. Because I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, every makeup line have caused breakouts. I decided to try Bare Essentials after doing research and I wish I would have started using these products years ago. Bare Essentials is very light on my skin and I have not experienced any makeup-induced breakouts since I started using this. I want to end my review by saying that this is a great starter kit for anyone that wants to try the products. You get plenty of product in each container to last you long enough to make a decision about the quality of the products. And seriously people, it's a STARTER KIT. You're only going to get trial-sized products and it's plenty for those who just want to try the products.

I've been using bare minerals for years. There was one day I forgot to buy a new one and I had to buy something random from there drugstore, and you can definitely tell the difference. Bare Minerals is very light on the face and still covers up complexion issues.When I first got acne as a teen i would use mac, covergirl, or something i'd try at the drugstore. I always felt it made my skin worse. When I switched to bare minerals I could feel a difference because it didn't feel so caked on my skin, and it didn't seem like it was clogging my pores and in turn making my acne worse. If my acne get worse it's usually from other factors and not this make-up (i've been using it for years so that's what i'm assuming). The only time it has a cake-y look or feel is when my skin is just dry due to me trying to control a breakout with products or a change in regimen.If you want something that's light weight and controls redness (it really does a GREAT job at that!!!) try this.

I was excited to write this review! I am a real customer with a real budget. I was so glad to find this product on this site! I've been a bare minerals customer for the past 4 years. I've used other professional lines of makeup and this one is my favorite! A little goes a long way and depending on how often you wear makeup, it also lasts for a while. I am hooked! It's an awesome product.

My fault for purchasing this colore, Medium Tan (instead of Golden Tan). Ticked at myself for going with this, the color looks muddy and ruddy.

Love this blends very well only a little is needed looks natural and glowing perfect blend makes skin beautiful and flawless the more you use it consistently and no break outs.

Original product , I’m have light skin and I brought on propuse a darker shade it make me look like o got a light tan ! Make eyes pop!

I love bare minerals. I love the casing. I only wish i couldve remembered what shade i am. I got one thats too dark. So, i fig. I'll use it for contouring.
