It does have a fair amount of tiny chocolate chips, some sliced bananas & milk & you're in business. For 1st timers, the flake is much like raisin bran & does absorb milk like a sponge, so keep that in mind depending on how thick or wet you like your cereal. 3 pieces is plenty for me & I am a grown woman. I was so excited to get this, I may have eaten it a bit fast but I ate every bite. 😊
