Perfect for Us
Much better than the Keurig unit it replaced. Makes great coffee and easy to clean. Options provide versatility for cup size and steaming milk. Requires significantly less counter space than most similar models.

Love this coffee maker.
Love that I can do a single cup or whole pot. Seems easier to use than the Keurig. Im able to taste the flavor in my coffee. Coffee is perfect to drink right after making it and has a warmer if making a pot.

I’d take a pass on this IF your buying it for the kpod use….
Wow! If you want a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT just buy this machine…….wanted to absolutely love it! As I loved the look and had purchased another Ninja coffee station years ago, that was over the moon AWESOME, but NOT this product…..I bought it specifically for the k-pod system….but I get a LOT of grounds in my coffee, the machine constantly gives off false alarms, like water, (it’s filled) so it has become a morning hassle to get my cup of coffee….most disappointing is I wrote the company, and beside the initial automated response that they would call me or email me, just never happened….i spent a lot of Money as we redid our kitchen and I had a designated coffee center put in to highlight my machine…..my husband won’t use it….i still strugggle with it every morning, as I am trying to justify why ?!? I spent the money on this…..needless to say, when I gifted my daughter a coffee machine I just order the Keurig, when I was visiting, I did LOVE that one!!!! NONE of the problems I have with my cool looking Ninja:-/

Nice water reservoir and good compact design.
Was worried at first because the coffee basket seemed to overflow a little causing grounds in the pot. However, this worked out after about 4 uses (not sure why). The size is very compact for a combination pot and pod brewer. I especially like the shape and handle of the water reservoir--it is very easy to fill and fit back on machine.

Look for Knob if you want water dispenser
When choosing features for this dual brewer please be aware of the differences. The XL permanent filter option does not have the knob for water only . If you want that feature look for the PRO. The picture will show the water knob on the left side under the milk frother.
