No, this device does not have any ports that allow you to connect to monitor or TV.

Where can i get the micro usb so i dont have to keep buying batteries? thanks - & what exactly do i look for?

You can go to any store that has electronics and you could pick one up

does it have dig dug 2?

Good day! Yes, it has dig dug 1&2

Why won't it give me extra lives every 10,000 points on Ms. Pac Man?

Ms. Pac Man doesn't do that actually (like Galaga does, I believe). I've played the game in many iterations over the years, from an untouched original arcade cabinet to modern arcades to all sorts of emulations - the only extra life is at the 10,000 point mark...which for better or worse, you can achieve on the first board, as it has a maximum of 14,600 point available.
