Q: Does it include zippos lifetime warranty?

Hello. The insert has a 2 year warranty. They are manufactured in China by Zippo's high quality specifications.

Q: With the lid open, and torch not being used, will the butane leak out?

No. The butane only turns on when the button is pushed, so there is no leakage when the lid is closed or open for that matter.

Q: Has anyone else bought this insert for a thyrm case? my case won't close with the single flame insert. buyers beware!

The Zippo butane lighter inserts are manufactured to fit in genuine Zippo windproof lighter cases.

Q: My zippo is filled with fluid and will not light unless I use another flame to light it. Thoughts?

We recommend using Zippo or Ronson butane fuel for optimal performance of the butane insert. Also, please try turning the adjustment flame at the bottom of the insert. Since the insert is brand new, it may just need to be adjusted from the original setting.
