Great product!
This horse is really amazing! I wasn’t expecting such a nice horse for such a reasonable price! The seller has been so helpful with fast service of a small part which they shipped immediately! For my 3 year old granddaughter who is obsessed with horses!

Great for toddlers
Grand son loves this horse! It even has some safety features like spring covers that won’t pinch little fingers or legs. He really enjoys the fact that it makes horse sounds.

Impossible to put together
Horrible Experience, do not purchase. I purchased this for my grandson and it was impossible to put together. I did contact the company only to get a response that there was an error in the manual on how to put it together. From Company: "I did notice there's an error in the manual, labelling the spring as part #G on the "Inset B" picture, which may make things more confusing. The spring showcased here is part #F. As it says on the "COVER & SPRING ASSEMBLY" section on the manual, you need to insert the hook of part #F into the "bushing" or small hole and make sure it gets to be fully inserted (so, inserted enough as to make sure it's hooked) so it's secure." The above instructions did not help and I wanted a refund but I am older and have arthritis and was unable to box it back up and take it to be returned within the refund period. I have only given it one star because I have to click on something, if not it would be 0 stars. Please beware!

Used horse.
Great little horse. My cousin (4 years old) loves it. That said, I was sent an un-checked return. Parts were already assembled, incorrectly, and it came pre-scratched and roughed up. Of course we waited until 90 minutes before the party to assemble it so there was no time to return it and get something else. Also, the legs are cattywompus. We added elastic “braces” to train her legs to look like the photos. If they had sent me a new horse, since I paid the new horse price, this would be a five star review. Minus one star for being deceptive and for sending a horse with Bambi on ice legs.

Great buy!
My 5 year old and 2 year old love this. Great way to get energy out in the colder months when we can’t be outside. And better yet. I can get laundry done while they play with this. Sturdy, easy to put together, and my kids love it.
