It seems to help with the watering but found you have to make it a bit stronger than they say.

My best buy for the garden this year. A struggle keeping pots and hanging baskets properly watered in current heatwave. Compost drying out and water running over top and down sides but not penetrating dry compost so plants failing. Previously would have had to submerge in a tub to rehydrate, with mixed success, and not an easy process.This is an amazing product! Very easy to use (just watered in) ; very economical (a really small amount required for dilution); very effective. Can mix with plant feed for two jobs in one. Overnight my plants gained a new lease of life. 100% recommended.

HI folks, In my experience of using these types of products give the soil/ compost as much chance to absorb their first treatment of this product. The issue is that for this to work properly a complete soaking is required initially as using it is pointless otherwise. My own opinion to do this is either filling a builder’s bucket up letting the pots/baskets soaks for five minutes with product added or, loosely breaking up the soil where possible for the liquid to penetrate lower down. (caution about soaking is sometimes whole contents may come away/float from container so take your time.) Alternatively adding small amounts frequently for the first day as runoff is inevitable more so for dryer/dried out pots where the soil/compost has shrunk away from the sides. This product works on the pretext that once fully absorbed further watering can saturate the entirety of the matter as desired. The only precaution of this and other products is the initial treatment needs to be done correctly which should allow a domino effect for further treatments or hydration

Easy to use, long lasting.

The hydroburst was well packaged and delivered on time. I'm not sure that this wetting solution is as effective as I had hoped, because it still let quite a bit of water straight through a hanging basket that was dry, it seemed to be more effective with pots, perhaps because they were not quite as dry as the basket.

Worked a treat.The wall basket is 3/4 circle around the corner. It is notoriously difficult to keep wet especially at the ends where there is less compost. In the very dry summer we had I knew I would have problems, but this product worked.I used it every third day just to be sure, and you can use fertiliser with it.Very pleased.
