Retro Stewardess Costume

Very sexy little costume. Runs a little small, order a size up. It is stretchy but very short and snug . Normally wear a small but returned for a medium and it was perfect. My husband was the pilot and myself the stewardess. Had so many compliments on our costumes. Great couple costumes! I love it

This is one of the best costumes I've purchased. As an amateur actress in local theatre playing a flight attendant, when I wore it to dress rehearsel -- it was the bomb! Smiles and faces lit up -- it was so fun. Costume is good quality for the price - nice fabric and good seams. I had no problem with the hat / cap and I have very very thick hair. Just pin it on and go! I purchased satin white gloves that totally made the outfit. Spray painted a pair of shoes white for a complete look to save $$$.The costume is extremely comfortable, also. Depending on your height / weight, it could be a little short. I ordered two sizes and the larger size was longer, just because it fit looser around the waistline. The tighter the size, more the skirt rises up. Only small issue as others stated is the collar. All I did was press it down using a pillow case over the fabric, and a little steam in the iron and it's fine. It shows the threading, so you have to fold the inside of the collar just right, then press to hide the seam.I also purchased a matching colored lace cami to go straight across the bustline because it was a little low cut for me. Other than that, it's adorable overall and a bit hit.Returning the size I didn't need was a snap. They refund your money right now as long as you agree to send the package back within a day or two.Love this. One of my favorite purchases of hundreds on Amazon.

Cute costume, but runs SMALL!I ordered a size small and based on the reviews, I was thinking it was gonna be a little big on me. I am 5’4, 100 pounds and it fits perfectly.Would have liked it a bit bigger, but it fits like a glove and definitely looks cute.

So, I ordered a large as I normally can fit into a medium size. I read on other reviews that this is a one piece dress and has some stretch. The top portion was great! Fit was good on top. My issue was the bottom half. It is bloody too short! Like it just covers my butt. Granted I'm very curvy. Got hips and thighs. So...when I walk the skirt portion rides up as there is no elastic backing on the inside to help it not ride up. I fit a 10/12 on top and a 12-14 for the bottom. I'm also 5'1, 34B and 160lbs. If that helps anyone trying to figure out sizing.Too bad as I liked the material - not too thick nor too thin. All pieces accounted for - Outfit dress, Hat, 2 pins, Velcro tie and best off all the matching bag. This does not come with shoes or gloves.Even if I had the option to purchase the XL it would still be short on the bottom and most probably loose on top. I'm sure on some other figures it would work, it just did not work for my curvy body.Oh well!

Obviously, I received a defective costume. Everything else looks ok. But, the lapel is sewn incorrectly. It seems they sewed it backwards. You should not see the serger threads on the front (should be on the inside) I'm returning and going to try to get a good one. However, if the new one is bad, the seller lost out on a huge order as we are ordering for a college skit.

I'm 5'8", 138 lbs, 32DD. I ordered the Large and it's a good fit. It's not skin tight. I actually enough room that I'll be able to eat and drink at the party and not look like I'm stuffed into a sausage casing. It's short! Barely covers my a$$. But I'm sure my husband won't complain about that. The quality is as good if not better than any other costume I've seen. And for this price, can't beat it. Yah, the hat is tiny. And my head is rather large (brains I'm sure lol). But I'm sure between my sister-in-law and a bottle of wine, we will make the hat work. :).

I love, love, LOVED this costume! All of the reviews (and I read almost all of them) said what a snazzy costume this was and they were right on the money. I did go with the general consensus of buying bigger than my size (5/4, 125ish) and got a large which was TOO big. It still looked okay, but I crossed my fingers the medium would fit BETTER, returned the large and WHOOHOO it truly was like a glove. Also - HUGE shoutout to the company for NOT charging me return shipping when I swapped sizes - what a blessing/relief. Like everyone else has said, I got a TON of compliments on it. Makes me want to shop this company from here on out.

I ordered a Med. & Lrg. (returned both). Med. fit good in bust but the skirt went just over my bottom and kept riding up. I am 5'7" about 165 and the model is seen with the skirt being mid thigh length, but on me it it barely went past my bottom & hit my upper thighs and w/ the slit I would be giving a peep show. Same with the Large the skirt fell at the same length as the Med. did.
