what are the ingredients in the unflavoured version of this product? What type of sweetener does it contain if any?

Ingredients: protein isolate 90%, soya lecithin. Allergen advise: produced in factory that handles milk egg soy and gluten.

I've had a bag for about months, in an air tight container. Does anyone know if it would still be in date to use? Thanks.

You forgot to mention the number of months, but this might help. I stopped going to the gym because of illness and had my wey protein in a container bound with tapt to make it airtight. About 6 months later I made my banana, skimmed milk and chocolate protein shake in my blender---and it was perfect. If I had left it for around a year I would have dumped it.

Why does the bag say 481 calories per 30g serving when all the answers to questions say about 115 calories per serving ?

Bag say 481kJ not calories. Per serving has 115 calories.

If I get the 2.5kg one, how much servings is this?

Hey! Thanks for getting in touch, the 2.5kg pouch contains approximately 83 servings (30g) Have a great day!
