Bought this pasta to make homemade Spaghetti-Os. Because the Os have a denser texture than what I’m used to, I was surprised by the 15 minute cook time for it to reach al dente. Actually it took 16 minutes to reach the al dente texture my family likes. Be aware that the pasta may not be done to your al dente likeness in 15 minutes. Makes delicious homemade Soaghetti-Os and the balance between the pasta and sauce just perfect. I just bought another bag. A little pricey but it’s imported from Italy. What can I say except you get what you pay for.
