Love this bag
Love this bag! Super cute and very roomy. I'm in nursing school and carry tons of stuff and it's held up great. It is so heavy when I pick it up by the handle but when I put it on, half the weight is gone. No clue how the spring load technology works but it's fantastic!:)

Looks are Good, Issue: Durability
Backpack very comfortable padded. Many great pockets and storage size great for traveling, gym, school, work. Durability was not great. I had the bag for 2 yrs daily use for work at Hospital. Zippers did not handled it very well. All Zippers ended up useless.

Great design, great quality
Great size for my 5th grader, and plenty large enough for middle school as well. He's had about 2 months and fills it with heavy books at times - seems very durable. Very happy with the quality and design.

Straps keep ripping!!!
The "load spring" straps keep ripping. This is the second time we have tried the exact same backpack, and both of them started ripping after minimal use. We know someone else at school with the same backpack having the exact same problem. Would definitely recommend if did not have this ripping problem, as has many compartments, tons of room, and colors are great., but cannot in good conscience recommend this to someone else.

Nice backpack, but it's built terrible
The backpack held up for a few months, maybe 5 without ripping. Through normal high school use, the main zipper separated from the bag making it useless.

Looks great Feels Great
Its been about two months and I already fell in love. Its got a great style and its also pretty spacy . I have no problem whats so ever still. I know there's been some comments about this Backpack tearing but for me its done a pretty good job though even though I don't completely use all the space it has that I can use I'm pretty sure its commonsense not to stuff it up more than a 100lbs of books and equipment or whatever the case your gonna use it for cause then there is a pretty good chance it tearing apart over time

Bought for my son who needs it for school. ...
Bought for my son who needs it for school. He carries a slim laptop, and tons of textbooks to school every day. It is durable and has lots of pockets. It is very large, but that meets his needs. Gave it 4/5 because the grey heather is a bit cheap-looking up close.
